• Community-led local gatherings to collect insights for a proposed 2030 Cardano Vision

• a series of sessions with businesses to identify pain points and needs

• a series of workshops to discuss and refine the 2030 vision draft proposal

• The first structured effort to run user and market research for Cardano.
